We offer fine art photography prints in the following formats:

• Print-only (museum-quality archival paper)
• Standard sizes: Small, Medium, Large, and Gallery
• Two paper types: Lustre (standard) and Fine Art (premium archival)

2.2 Made-to-Order

All prints are custom-made to order. Production begins only after payment is received and confirmed. We do not maintain inventory of pre-printed items.

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Current Process

To place an order:

1. Browse the portfolio and select your desired photograph
2. Use the print configurator to choose size and framing options
3. Contact us via the contact form with your selections
4. We will send you an invoice with the total price including shipping
5. Payment must be received before production begins

3.2 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders may be declined due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is declined after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices include the cost of the print but do not include:

• Shipping and handling fees
• Applicable sales taxes (charged to Washington State residents)

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, prices are locked once an order is placed and invoiced.

4.2 Payment Methods

We currently accept payment via invoice (PayPal, Venmo, bank transfer). Future integration with Stripe will enable direct credit card payments.

4.3 Sales Tax

Washington State sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to Washington addresses. Tax rates vary by location and will be calculated at the time of invoicing.

5. Production and Shipping

5.1 Production Timeline

Print orders: 7-14 business days

Production timelines are estimates and may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified if significant delays occur.

5.2 Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. All prints are:

• Carefully packaged with corner protection
• Shipped fully insured
• Trackable via carrier tracking number

Shipping costs are calculated based on size, destination, and shipping method. You will be quoted shipping costs before payment.

5.3 Delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses. Signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders.

6. Returns and Refunds

Summary: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, we will replace or refund prints that arrive damaged or have production defects.

All photographs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Armaan Pandey and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

When you purchase a print, you receive:

• The physical print for personal, non-commercial display

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for color variations due to monitor calibration differences
• We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling or display after delivery

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Color Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure accurate color representation on this website. However, due to monitor calibration differences, the colors you see on your screen may vary slightly from the printed product. This is not considered a defect.

9.2 Print Variations

As fine art prints, slight variations in color and tone may occur between print runs. These variations are inherent to the printing process and add to the uniqueness of each print.

9.3 Website Availability

We strive to maintain website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.
